8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customers cannot request a return or refund because:

Important: Submitting a damage claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. The claim must be reviewed and approved by Blenz Beauty.

Until your claim has been resolved, please retain the original product, original packaging, shipping box, shipping label and any damaged packaging.
